Cable Tray Manufacturers in Hyderabad
Cable trays carry, route and protect the wiring that keeps a plant running. A properly sized run keeps power and control cables ventilated, separated and reachable — so faults are quick to trace and maintenance takes minutes, not shifts.

Trays Built for the Load, Not Just the Length
Every run we fabricate starts from your cable schedule — weight per metre, fill percentage and support spacing — so the section you install is sized for the job rather than pulled off a catalogue page.
- Fabricated to the relevant IS standards for tray systems
- Ladder, perforated and raceway profiles from one supplier
- Galvanised steel, mild steel, stainless or aluminium
- Rail depth and rung pitch sized to the actual cable load
- Hot-dip galvanised, pre-galvanised or powder-coated finishes
- Suited to indoor plant rooms and exposed outdoor runs
- Bends, tees, reducers and covers supplied to match
Where Cable Trays Fit in Your Electrical Layout
A tray system is the backbone of cable management in a factory, a commercial tower or a utility project. It fixes the route once, keeps conductors spaced for airflow, and gives your team a clear path to inspect, add or replace a circuit without disturbing everything around it.
Designed from the cable schedule
Total weight per metre, span between supports, deflection allowance and the environment the tray will sit in decide the gauge, the rung pitch and the finish — before anything is cut.
Fabricated in-house in Hyderabad
Punching, forming and welding happen on our own lines at Dommara Pochampally, so section depth, hole pattern and coating stay identical from the first length to the last.
Configured to the site, not the drawing
Custom widths, non-standard bend radii and matched accessories mean the installed run follows the building instead of fighting it.
Delivered against your programme
Tray, covers, couplers and fasteners are despatched together and scheduled around the installation sequence, so the crew is never waiting on a missing part.
Where Our Cable Trays Are Working
Any project routing more than a handful of circuits gains from a planned tray system — safer separation, cooler cables and a route your maintenance team can actually follow.
- Manufacturing and process plants
- Commercial towers, IT parks and data centres
- Power generation stations and substations
- Road, metro and public utility infrastructure
- Oil, gas and chemical facilities
- Solar farms and other renewable installations
Five Reasons to Specify a Tray System
Engineered to Your Cable Schedule
Gauge, rung pitch and support spacing come from the real load, so the run does not sag, overload or need re-supporting three years after handover.
Finishes That Survive the Site
Hot-dip galvanising, pre-galvanised sheet or powder coat — selected for humidity, chemical exposure, coastal air or direct sun.
Tray and Accessories from One Source
Bends, tees, reducers, covers, couplers and earthing strips arrive matched to the tray, so nothing has to be improvised on site.
Faster, Safer Installation
Pre-formed sections and clear marking cut install time and keep the run compliant with earthing continuity and cable separation rules.
Room to Grow
Spare capacity designed into the layout means the next machine or the next feeder drops straight in — no second route, no second shutdown.
Reliable. Custom. Power-Ready.
We build panels and cable management systems that people have to live with for a decade. That means correct sizing, clean workmanship, honest lead times, and a phone that still gets answered after the invoice is paid.
Common Questions About Cable Trays
What is a cable tray?
A cable tray is a rigid support system that carries and organises electrical cables along a fixed route through a building or plant, instead of running every cable in its own conduit. It holds the weight, keeps conductors ventilated and leaves the route accessible for future work.
Should I use a ladder, perforated or raceway tray?
Ladder trays suit long runs of heavy power cable where ventilation and easy tie-off matter. Perforated trays carry smaller, closely spaced control and instrumentation cables. Raceway or solid-bottom trays enclose sensitive low-current wiring that needs protection from dust and mechanical damage.
How do you decide tray size and sheet thickness?
From the cable schedule. Total cable weight per metre, fill percentage, the span between supports and the permitted deflection together set the width, depth, sheet gauge and rung spacing. We size the run and share the calculation with the quotation.
What finishes do you offer?
Pre-galvanised sheet, hot-dip galvanising after fabrication, and powder coating in your preferred shade. Stainless steel and aluminium are available where corrosion resistance or reduced weight is the deciding factor.
Do you supply accessories and installation support?
Yes. Bends, tees, reducers, covers, couplers, earthing strips and fasteners are supplied alongside the tray, and our engineers can advise your installation crew on support spacing, expansion gaps and earthing continuity.
What are your delivery timelines?
That depends on quantity, finish and whether the profile is standard or custom. Send us the schedule and the site programme, and we will commit to a despatch date in the quotation rather than after the order.
