ATS Panels

ATS Panels in Hyderabad

Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panels watch your incoming mains supply and, the moment it fails or drifts out of limits, switch the load over to a standby source such as a DG set or a second feeder – then switch it back when normal supply returns. No one has to run to the switchroom, and critical loads stay powered. Every panel is designed around your source ratings, built with properly interlocked switching devices and tested before it leaves our workshop.

Role of ATS Panels in Power Continuity

Where a power cut means lost production, spoiled stock or a safety risk, relying on someone to switch over by hand is not good enough. An ATS panel makes the decision automatically: it senses a failure on the preferred supply, waits a short, adjustable delay to ignore brief dips, and transfers the load to the alternate source.

When the preferred supply comes back and stays healthy, the panel retransfers the load and, where a generator is involved, lets it run down on a cooling timer. Interlocking guarantees the two sources are never connected together, protecting both the equipment and the people who maintain it.

We size the switching devices, busbars and cabling to the full load and fault level of your installation, so the panel changes over cleanly every time – not just on the day it is commissioned.

Applications of ATS Panels Across Industries

Our ATS panels keep essential services running wherever an interruption is costly or unsafe.

  • Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres
  • Data centres, server rooms and IT parks
  • Manufacturing and process plants
  • Apartments, gated communities and commercial towers
  • Hotels, malls and multiplexes
  • Water pumping, STP and utility installations

Why Choose ATS Panels
Benefits of an ATS Panel
01Uninterrupted supply to critical loads

Transfers to the standby source within seconds of a failure, with no manual intervention.

02Safe, interlocked switching

Electrical and mechanical interlocks prevent both sources from ever being connected at once.

03Protection for equipment

Voltage and phase monitoring stops motors and electronics running on a faulty supply.

04Less downtime, lower losses

Faster changeover means less lost production, spoiled stock and restart effort.

05Simple to operate

Clear source indication and a manual override make routine checks and maintenance easy.

06Scalable configurations

Two-source, three-source and bus-coupler schemes to suit growing installations.

Why Choose Us?

Reliable. Efficient. Always On.

We do not just wire a changeover switch into a box – we engineer the transfer scheme around your sources, loads and fault levels. With quality switching devices, proven controllers and full functional testing, your standby power takes over exactly when you need it.

⚡Scheme designed around your mains and standby ratings
⚡Quality ACBs, MCCBs, contactors and ATS controllers
⚡Functionally tested for every transfer and retransfer

Common Questions About ATS Panels

What is an ATS panel?
An Automatic Transfer Switch panel monitors the main power supply and automatically switches the load to a standby source, such as a DG set or a second feeder, when the main supply fails – and switches it back once the main supply is restored.
What is the difference between an ATS panel and an AMF panel?
An ATS panel handles the switching between two sources. An AMF panel adds generator control – it also starts and stops the DG set automatically. Many sites combine both functions in one panel.
How fast does an ATS panel change over?
The transfer itself takes a fraction of a second to a few seconds depending on the switching device. Delays are adjustable so that brief voltage dips do not cause unnecessary changeovers.
Can the ATS be operated manually?
Yes. Every panel has a manual mode and override so operators can select the source during maintenance or testing.
How often should an ATS panel be tested?
We recommend a functional transfer test every month and a full inspection of contacts, terminations and the controller at least once a year.
